Indonesia is one of the developing countries in industrial sector. Many equipment that utilizes an electric motor to run system. In running system using motor, it necessary adjust speed as needed. The 3-phase induction type has a strong, inexpensive, and high-efficiency construction, so often used industry. However, setting torque not easy do.
